Local Delivery Policy
Local Water Boys is a scheduled local delivery service.
We do not ship products using mail carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or freight services).
All orders are hand-delivered by a Local Water Boys driver to addresses within our active service area.
Service Area
We currently provide delivery within select areas of San Diego County, California.
Orders placed outside our service area cannot be fulfilled and will not be charged.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are completed on recurring route days assigned after signup.
Customers will receive confirmation once their route day is scheduled.

Delivery windows may vary depending on route conditions, weather, or traffic.
Delivery Method
Water bottles are exchanged at the delivery location provided during signup.
The customer agrees to:
• Leave empty bottles accessible on delivery day
• Ensure safe access to the drop-off location
If bottles are not available, the delivery may be skipped until the next scheduled service date.
No Carrier Shipping
Because this is a local service, we do not provide:
• Nationwide shipping
• Expedited shipping
• Tracking numbers
Orders cannot be delivered outside our operating region.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is included as part of the recurring service price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
All pricing is shown before payment is completed.
