Local Water Boys reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion. Refunds are only issued in accordance with the terms outlined in our Refund Policy and do not apply to services already rendered or completed deliveries.

 

We are not responsible for refunds or replacements due to:

 

  • Customer negligence (e.g., damage after delivery, improper storage of bottles).

  • Missed deliveries resulting from inaccurate addresses or failure to provide access.

  • Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic delays).

 

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.

Refund Policy 

Your satisfaction is our priority.

 

  • Damaged Bottles: If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • Delivery Issues: If we miss your scheduled delivery in error, we’ll reschedule or refund your payment.

  • Subscription Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are not issued for deliveries already made.

  • Deposits: Bottle deposits are refundable when bottles are returned in good condition.
