Local Water Boys provides its services on an “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver consistent and reliable service, we make no guarantees that deliveries will be uninterrupted or error-free.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Local Water Boys is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services, products, or website.

• Bottle deposits, service fees, and no-return charges are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice.

• Local Water Boys reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of our services.

Terms & Conditions

By using Local Water Boys, you agree to the following:

1. Service Agreement – Water is delivered on a recurring basis unless paused or canceled.

2. Bottle Deposit – A refundable deposit may apply for each new bottle provided. Bottles remain property of Local Water Boys.

3. No-Return Fee – If empty bottles are not left out for exchange, an additional $11 charge per bottle will apply.

4. Billing – Payments are processed at the time of delivery or via subscription billing.

5. Cancellations & Changes – Must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

6. Liability – Local Water Boys is not responsible for damages or injuries caused by misuse of water bottles or dispensers.
